Shipping is free, no nasty surprises at checkout. We use both 'Couriers Please' and Australia Post for shipping. Please allow 1-2 business days for Sydney metro areas, 3-5 business days for interstate cities and 4-7 days for regional and remote areas of Australia. Please note weather conditions and events such as Christmas/Public Holidays may interfere with our usual delivery times. These delivery times are approximate, we do our utmost to have your order into our Couriers truck on the day of placement and to its destination as soon as humanly possible.
 
We only deliver on business days. We typically choose 'Signature on Delivery Service', which means the recipient or persons at the address will be required to sign for the delivery. If we deem the address to be safe we may choose 'Authority to leave' which means your order will be left in a place as near to your doorstep as deemed safe by our drivers. Should our drivers not deem the address safe to leave (for example Units/Flats), a note will be placed in the mailbox and the parcel transported to the nearest Post Office or Agent for collection by the recipient.
 
Parcels containing Alcohol must be received at the delivery address by a person who is 18 yrs or over. The recipient may be required to provide a valid identification for proof of age to sign for the product. Deliveries containing alcohol cannot be left if the destination is unattended and will be transported to the nearest post Office or Agent.
 
Say It With A Box accepts no responsibility for chocolate or any other food or beverage that has been altered in the hotter months whilst in transit. Our Courier service does its best to place such items in the cooler part of the delivery vehicle however please be mindful during summer months that such items pose a risk of deterioration. All of our products are stored in a cool environment prior to delivery and care is taken to package them to minimise risk.
 
We take the upmost care to pack our gift boxes so that they remain safe and intact on arrival. Should there be an item that is broken or damaged, please contact shani@sayitwithabox.com.au with the items details and I will make arrangements for a replacement item.
